Blending two of my favorite bands sounds (Mates of State & The New Pornographers), Anathallo's layered pieces and harmonies is quickly becoming a new addition to the favorites club. On their album "Canopy Glow", that came out last year, the Michigan band has received nothing but great reviews. I particularily love the playful nature of their song "Italo".
