You know how some bands come out with a album that seems to represent a moment in time - summer, love, depression..OK - well, Free Energy maybe be your answer to one of those. Summer 2009!. With songs like "Bang Pop" and their single "Dream City" they deliver what like Fountain's Of Wayne, Ben Kweller, and Sloan, do - A great pop hook with lots of hand claps, that's easy to sing to with a steady rock beat.
BTW - if you like them, you will love their former band, Hockey Night, another great pop band.
