There's something about a choir of of voices that always makes people so happy - maybe that's why people like going to church, and bands like The Polyphonic Spree and I'm From Barcelona are so adored....and maybe that's why I can't help but love the track "Standing at the door of self discovery" by Detroit's The High Strung. The weird thing is that while the track seems like there are 30 people singing - there are only three members in the band. I love when a band can make so much out of a small group.
That track may have grabbed my attention but it's songs like "Anyone" and "In the middle" that have me hooked.
Recently, the band painted some little wooden guitars, which I was a happy recipient of one.
