It seems like lately shows are starting later and later. It used to be that the headliner would go on around 10, maybe 10:30. Lately it is 11, 11:30.
What I wonder is - could it have to do with the economy slowing down, and hoping that while people wait they will buy more drinks?
Going to a show is expensive. Parking (10-20 bucks), drinks (7-10 bucks each) + ticket. I think with this economy how it is, people don't want to stay so late where they have to fork out extra cash - oh yeah, most places will only take cash too!
Bottom line. Pretty please, for the sake of my age, my mind, my wallet, can we please go on a little earlier?
